Refunds and Cancellation

This page explains how refunds, cancellations, and access issues are handled for PCC paid digital tools, separate PCC Learning Platform access, and separately quoted work.

1. Scope

This page applies to paid digital tools bought through the PCC website, learning access arranged through the separate PCC Learning Platform, and quote-based work agreed separately with PCC. It should be read alongside the Terms of Sale and any written terms agreed for learning access or bespoke work.

2. Downloadable digital tools

Downloadable tools are made available after payment confirmation. Before opening checkout, buyers are asked to review the Terms of Sale and this refunds information. Because these are digital products, refunds may be limited once the file has been accessed or downloaded, unless required by law or expressly agreed by PCC.

If a technical issue prevents access to a paid download, contact support@prestigecommercialconsulting.co.uk within 5 business days of purchase. PCC will review the issue and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a replacement link, or agree another reasonable resolution.

3. Learning access

Learning access is handled separately from downloadable tools. Refunds or cancellations for yearly learning subscriptions, learner access, or bespoke learning arrangements may depend on the subscription period, whether access has been activated, whether course materials have been accessed, and any written terms agreed for the learning service.

4. Quote-based work

Bespoke consultancy, tailored documentation, organisational licences, and custom learning work are enquiry-led and are not bought through the standard website checkout. Cancellation terms for this work will be set out in the relevant proposal, statement of work, licence terms, or engagement letter.

5. Consumer and statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer, contract, or digital content law.

6. How to request support

To raise a refund, cancellation, or access issue, email support@prestigecommercialconsulting.co.uk with your order details, the product or access concerned, and a clear summary of the issue. PCC will review the request in line with the applicable terms.
