This page explains how PCC uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies across the public website, paid digital tools flow, and routes into the separate PCC Learning Platform.
1. What this notice covers
This Cookie Notice explains how Prestige Commercial Consulting Limited uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on its public website, paid digital tools checkout and download flow, and routes into the separate PCC Learning Platform.
It should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The learning platform may also use essential platform cookies or storage needed for learner access and course delivery.
2. Technologies used
PCC uses only the essential technologies needed to operate the public website and its checkout and download flow. Microsoft Clarity analytics is currently disabled across the website pending an evidence-backed cookie inventory. PCC does not load Clarity, create an analytics consent banner, or store a PCC analytics-preference value.
Storage and similar technology
Stripe hosts checkout and may use essential cookies or similar storage on its own checkout pages for payment, fraud prevention and session security. Those technologies are operated under Stripe's notices and are not used by PCC for advertising. Netlify Browser RUM is disabled and the site's Content Security Policy does not permit its off-site collection endpoint.
3. Browser RUM status
Netlify Browser RUM is disabled in the hosting dashboard. It does not inject a browser monitoring agent into the production site or deploy previews, and the site’s Content Security Policy does not allow Netlify’s off-site RUM collection endpoint. PCC verified the production site and this release’s final deploy preview after disabling the feature.
4. Managing cookies
There is currently no PCC analytics cookie banner or settings control because analytics is disabled. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Disabling or clearing non-essential browser storage does not prevent you from viewing the website, submitting an enquiry, or buying and downloading a digital product.

This notice will be reviewed when PCC changes its hosting, checkout, download, analytics, or learning-platform tooling in a way that affects cookie or storage use.
6. Checkout storage
PCC no longer keeps a persistent official-updates local-storage cache and removes the former cache key when the shared site script runs. Checkout payment is hosted by Stripe. Stripe may set essential cookies or similar storage on its hosted checkout pages to provide payment, fraud prevention and session security. PCC does not use those technologies for advertising. Checkout and download pages do not require analytics storage.
