Cookie Notice
This page explains how PCC uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies across the public website, paid digital tools flow, and routes into the separate PCC Learning Platform.
1. What this notice covers
This Cookie Notice explains how Prestige Commercial Consulting Limited uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies on its public website, paid digital tools checkout and download flow, and routes into the separate PCC Learning Platform.
It should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The learning platform may also use essential platform cookies or storage needed for learner access and course delivery.
2. Technologies used
PCC uses essential technologies needed to operate the website, route visitors securely, process digital product purchases, provide secure download access, cache public update content, remember your cookie preference, and support learning platform sign-in where applicable.
- Essential session or local storage: used for routing, security, checkout and download status, public update caching, platform access and remembering whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
- Hosting and server-side logs: used for security, performance monitoring, service reliability and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Clarity: optional behavioural analytics used only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand clicks, scrolling, page use and customer journeys through heatmaps and session replays.
- Other third-party services: used where needed for secure payments, secure fulfilment records, fonts, hosting and platform functionality.
PCC does not use Microsoft Clarity for advertising and always signals advertising storage as denied. PCC does not otherwise use advertising cookies on the public website unless this notice is updated to say otherwise.
3. Categories of cookies and storage
Strictly necessary
These are required to make the website, checkout, secure downloads and learning platform access work properly. We also store a value named pcc_cookie_preferences_v1 in your browser's local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics. This preference contains no name or contact details and remains until you change it or clear the site's browser data.
Performance and analytics — optional
If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity loads and may set the first-party cookies _clck, which keeps a pseudonymous Clarity user identifier and preferences for this site, and _clsk, which connects page views into a session. Clarity collects browser, device, page-performance and interaction information to provide behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replays. Sensitive input-box content, numbers and email addresses are masked by default.
Clarity does not load and these analytics cookies are not set unless you select "Accept analytics". Microsoft receives the resulting analytics information. Read the Microsoft Clarity cookie information and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Marketing and advertising
PCC does not currently use advertising cookies on the public website. Microsoft Clarity advertising storage is set to denied.
4. Managing cookies
On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept or reject Microsoft Clarity analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from viewing the website, submitting an enquiry or buying and downloading a digital product.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button displayed on every page. If you withdraw consent, the site tells Clarity that analytics storage is denied and Clarity removes its cookies. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies and local storage through their settings, although blocking essential technologies may affect checkout, secure download or learning-platform functions.
5. Contact and updates
If you have questions about this notice or need support with a technical issue, contact support@prestigecommercialconsulting.co.uk.
This notice will be reviewed when PCC changes its hosting, checkout, download, analytics, or learning-platform tooling in a way that affects cookie or storage use.
